How much are the association dues?

How do I find out if my dues are up to date?
You can use the contact form to send an email or access your account online.

What if I decide to pay my dues late?
If you choose to make a late payment for your dues, a late fee of $25 annually will be applied. For instance, should your payment be delayed by more than one month, an additional $25 should be included with your payment to cover the late fee.

Were the association dues waived in 2021?
Yes, anyone in good standing received a grant for their association dues in 2021. There was no action needed on your part.

What were association dues in 2020?
For any members in good standing, the due were as follows: $75 if paid prior to January 31, 2020, $100 if paid prior to February 29, 2020, and $125 if paid prior to March 31, 2020. If paid after April 1, 2020, dues were $150 plus interest and collection fees.

Do we have access to the lake?
Unfortunately no, not everyone has access to the lake.

I plan on buying a home, what is due at closing?
There is a $400 application due at closing plus your first year of annual dues. As on 2023, annual dues are $150 per year.
$400 plus $150 = $550 is the total amount due at closing

Where can I review the annual Board Meeting Minutes?
You can view previous Annual Board Meeting minutes online. You may need to download Adobe Reader or Google Chrome to view.

Does the HOA have any restrictions on fencing my property?
The HOA Board does not restrict anything with your homes. You are free to do what is lawful.
